The Mindful Preschoolers classes are taught by Cindy Heymann (M.Ed.) As a teacher, she has seen the powerful impact that mindfulness practices can have on preschool age children and their families. She has 26 years experience teaching children from birth through age seven in the Rockwood and Parkway School Districts. She also has experience working with families, including working as a Parent Educator in the Parents as Teachers program. She is dedicated to promoting the social and emotional development of children through the use of mindfulness practices.
